ITT Tech Students – Closed School Discharge
ITT Tech Students – Closed School Discharge
ITT Educational Services Inc. announced on September 6th that they are closing all of their campuses due to financial pressure from the US Department of Education.
If you are a current or former ITT Tech student, you may be eligible for discharge or forgiveness of your existing federal student loans WITHOUT filing for bankruptcy.
To qualify, you must have been enrolled up until the school closed. Alternatively, if you withdrew from the school within 120 days of the closing (since about May 2016), you can still qualify. Either way, you must be unable to complete your program of study. So if you are completing a comparable educational program at another school, or completed all of the coursework for the program while at ITT, (even if you didn’t get your diploma), then you will not be eligible for discharge.
Perez & Perez is offering special attorney fees to assist former ITT students seeking a Closed School Discharge of their federal student loans. Here’s what you get:
- Up to an hour in an in-person or phone consultation (your choice) with a Perez & Perez Student Loan Attorney to review your current Federal Student Loan history and status and legal advice regarding your options.
- We will analyze your situation and gather any necessary information to process your Closed School Discharge application.
- We will complete and submit your application to the US Department of Education on your behalf.
- Flexible payment plans on our fees. Fees can be paid in installments over up to six months, with no interest.
Most student loan attorneys in other states charge $1,500, and up for these services, but for a limited time, we are offering a flat rate of $850 to ITT Tech students. You can take up to six months to pay, but to lock in this special rate, be sure to call us right away at 317-634-5968 or 765-588-5080.*
*Call for more details. No attorney-client relationship is formed until you sign a contract. We will review your entire financial situation during your consultation and may also recommend bankruptcy if you have other debts. Perez & Perez is a debt relief agency. In addition to student loan services, we help people file for relief under the bankruptcy code.
